Flexible Spending - HSA and HRA Rollover
An HSA (Health Savings Account) allows pre-tax money to be set aside to pay for health expenses. The account balance can be rolled over year to year. With an HSA, a Flexible Spending Account can still be used for out of pocket dental and vision expenses. Participation is based on being insured by a qualified high deductible plan.

An HRA (Health Reimbursement Account) allows an employer to set aside money for employees’ health expenses. The money can be spent any time during the plan year and used in conjunction with your Flexible Spending Account.
