Using your Health Care Flexible Spending dollars just got easier with the Flex-Debit Card. The Flex-Debit Card is a declining account balance card that automatically reduces a participant’s Flexible Spending Account balance as the card is used. All this is done electronically and participants can easily access their account balance through a toll free phone number or over the internet.

In addition, participants with an account balance receive a statement in the mail 2 months before the end of the plan year.
