Stanley Benefits can automatically identify and process claims for out-of-pocket amounts of deductibles and co-insurance through the use of electronic claims files from your various insurance providers. We will work with your insurance provider to receive EOB information on a set schedule.

Based on each participant’s preference, we can implement this capability or not. Regardless of the preference, the Flex-Debit Card and/or manual claims filing is still available. The system will automatically identify possible duplicates.

For those participants who do not wish to have claims automatically reimbursed (someone saving for a particular service), they can use the Flex-Debit Card or file a manual claim as usual.
